Through techniques using colour, sensory props, sound & rhythm, percussion and movement, each session offers the opportunity to play together in a structured but relaxed fun musical environment led by a friendly professional class instructor who will focus on developing the whole child and enabling your little one to particpate at their own developmental level.

As well as singing traditional songs and rhymes, Baba Boom also offers a unique blend of cultural music introducing patterns and rhythms of language different to our own from an early age! Swinging around the world to Jazz, catching bubbles to Mozart and being in this educational music environment will plant the seed that will grow into a love of music to last a lifetime! Classes start from Birth and as your baby learns to move around and becomes more independent they can progress into the more upbeat Toddler Classes from around 13 months. Growing Together meet on a Monday between 10 and 2, St Mungo's Church in Cumbernauld. You do not need to book, it is a drop in and is very good. There are lots of new mums who go along, who have babies and children at various ages. There is a crèche for everyone, which runs from 11-1230. You can get a cuppa and a chat and there are different rooms, which are used for various activities and also a health visitor attends each week and is available for consultation and advice. The group meets all year round except for public holidays.
