Tranquil Tots East Renfrewshire & Glasgow - Mums Thoughts & Guest Book

Welcome to Tranquil Tots Baby Massage Glasgow & East Renfrewshire
I hope you have enjoyed watching my promotion DVD on the benefits of Baby Massage.
Voted Gold winner by Netmums Members as Favorite Pre-School Class in 2012, and Nononinated for the Whats on For Juniors Awards 2015 and 2015 Tranquil Tots is a welcoming and informal class that has been running in East Renfrewshire and the Southside of Glasgow since 2005. Mums who have attended my class tell me the biggest benefits are having the time to bond with their baby, making friends and sharing the new experiances that a new baby can bring.
The most popular way to learn the routine is to join a class. Classes run back to back in  blocks at Netherlee Parish Church, G44. I also work as a home based and mobile holistic therapist under Rheva Holistic Therapy. I  do  offer 121 home visits if you can not make it to a class.
Baby Massage is a great way to bond with your baby and also a fantastic way to meet other new parents in a relaxed informal setting. Reviews and feedback shows that making new friends is the biggest benefit of coming to a class for a new mum as so much support and experiance is shared.
New mums tell me that their babies sleep on average an extra 90 minutes during the night after starting baby massage. Babies including premature babies can benefit so much from massage as it helps with colic, reflux, teething, and at the same time bonding and helping your baby establish a routine. By working the reflexology techniques on a babies feet the symptons of colic and teething improve. Please also see what mums's thoughts are about Tranquil Tots as well and other holistic therapies and parties that I offer via Rheva Holistic Therapy.
If you can not make a class you can still learn baby massage with Tranquil Tots by using the Tranquil Tots DVD, a 121 home visit (subject to distance) or via a skype session. Or if you have a group of friends or run a baby group you can book  Tranquil Tots Together. Click here for more information.

Love the new site. Very interesting and informative. Well done.

I attended a 6 week block of Nicola's classes in Oct/Nov this year and would thoroughly recommend them. My baby girl was born 7 weeks premature and suffered terribly with colic and immature
digestion. Nicola gave me lots of tips and massage moves to try with her which helped enormously. I was scared about attending classes with Morven in case she cried and disrupted the rest of the mums
and babies, but I needn't have worried. Nicola's class is very informal and relaxed and you just take time out whenever if you need to feed or settle your baby. We both enjoyed the class so much we
will be returning in the new year for another block.

I have worked with Nicola on a family/baby activity programme and have seen the Tranquil Tots service work in a number of different situations, from babies being massaged to mums looking physically
de-stressed and noticeably relaxed from some massage, toddlers learning how to massage each other and children exploring the smells and sensations of aromatherapy oils. Can highly recommend Tranquil
Tots for all families! Keep up the good work, Jo x

I attended the classes with my 5 month old who loved it.when we started she was still getting up through the night but after incorporating the massage to her bedtime routine, after about 4 weeks, she
    was sleeping through the night

Your kids pamper party was great fun Nicola, thanks! My kids are still talking about it with gusto! (Who's he?!) I wasn't sure it would go down well but actually they all took part with such
enthusiasm. It's a fab idea to get kids into the healthy organic regime now than take to the harsher chemical one that can be the source of allergies. I'll be in touch to organise a do for us girlies
    soon! Thanks again x

This is a fabulous class to attend and a must for both mum and baby. The techniques I've learned have really helped to soothe my little girl and make her relaxed before bedtime. I do think its helped
her sleep better at night also. I loved meeting other new mums and comparing notes on our babies! Nicola is lovely and has lots of great general parenting tips as well and makes a fab cuppa (often
with a biscuit) at the end of the class. Thanks again x

Myself and my son then age 4 months went to tranquil tots baby massage and wow we learnt lots very interesting information. We still very much so use the teething area massage as my son is a
nightmare when teething and the massage really helps and soothes! Would def recommend! Great for parent and babies to make friends and time together.
